Cancellation and Refund Policy
Facilitation sessions
- Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Participants may be offered rescheduling options subject to availability.
- In the event Praja cancels a facilitation session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to attend an alternate session.
- There would be no refund incase the participant cancels on his / her own volition
Fresh Produce Orders
- Since fruits and vegetables are perishable, refunds or replacements are only considered in genuine cases (e.g., if items are spoiled, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery).
- Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Consulting and Equipment Rentals
- At present, refunds and cancellations are not applicable for consulting services or equipment rentals.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the service or product. Requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.
