Services and Products

• Praja offers organic farming learning facilitation sessions, community learning programs, land consultancy, farm equipment rentals, and fresh farm produce in collaboration with partner farmers.
• Product and service availability may vary depending on seasonality, logistics, and partner farmers. 

Facilitation Session Registrations

• All registrations are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Fees paid for facilitation sessions cover attendance only and do not include transportation, accommodation, or additional services unless specified.

• Any content provided during facilitation sessions (written, digital, or verbal) is the intellectual property of Praja and may not be copied, recorded, or shared without written consent.

Consulting and Land Advisory 

• Praja provides recommendations and guidance based on sustainable farming and mindful living practices.
• Final decisions and responsibilities rest with the client. Praja cannot be held liable for results that depend on variables beyond our control (such as land conditions, climate, or execution of advice).

Produce Orders 

• Produce availability is seasonal and dependent on partner farmers’ logistics.
• Orders may be completed online or offline depending on feasibility.

Limitation of Liability 

Praja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products.

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

Updates
