- Delivery availability may vary depending on the type of produce and logistics support.
- Currently, delivery regions will be communicated individually for each product.
Shipping Charges
- Any applicable shipping charges will be mentioned at the time of order placement.
Exchanges and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, exchanges and replacements will be offered only in valid cases such as:
- Damaged or spoiled items received.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Requests will be reviewed case by case at Praja’s discretion.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
